have a scan around the healthy living bit - theres quite a few ladies on various diets, i have never done ww cos i didnt fancy having to get a degree in points and prizes to start it

Me! I've just started back on it today, before Xmas I lost 12 lbs in about 5weeks and found it very easy!
The trick is to cut down on carbs increase protein and snack on fruit!
Be careful of banana's and grapes tho as they are much more calories than other fruits even tho they are free. Good luck x

I was doing ww before I got pregnant, I did it online and used the daily calculator thing you just find the food and it tells you how many poitns then you track it all and see how many you use!

I found little changes like from semi skimmed to skimmed milk helped cut down the points loads! I lost half a stone in 2 weeks but then I gave up haha.
