I went to Body Combat today WOW what a workout!
I really enjoyed dancing about while pretending to punch and kick people! Deffo roccoment! I'm all booked up for next weekend and if i can get a sitter i'll go in the week as well!

I did a body pump class once and my GOD did I ache... I couldn't even lift my arms to do my hair it was so bad! but I really enjoyed it!

Lmao jade I did that last Sunday it near on killed me! I ached so bad for a good three days! Walking down hills and stairs was particularly funny! I'm going back tomorrow for round two lol x
