only 1lb but its coming off slowly and surely! im happy 9lb in 4 weeks!how's everyone else doing this week? x

nope i joined ww online and im just doing it myself. i tend to stick to the ww meals dring the day with either some beg or salad and have a decent home cooked meal for tea x

soooo pleased! half a stone in 2 weeks. thats the water retention out the way now to the real loss Smile
