yessss! im so happy to have a big loss first week! i normally only lose a few lbs first week and get disheartened but this week ive really tried and its paid off!!! on 2lb to go to half a stone! would like to lose 3lb next week! x

don't forget, alot of the loss in the first week will be water weight, so the loss will prob be only a lb or two next week, so don't get disheartened!

yes kenty i remember that frmo wat youve said before. ive trieed to drink alot of water this week (well more than i doa lready).

tbh cos i been back at work its been so much easier. I prepare my food the night before and dont take money into work so i can buy from canteen. And im never hungry when im at work so dont tend to pick whereas when im at home its too easy.

Id really like to have 2lb off next week so i can lose the half stone i put on over christmas! x

well i went out for dinner with my friend to wetherspoons and had burger and chips which was 31 points so my dull day allowance! eek! so ive had to have a veg stir fry for tea to even it out and had to go into my weekly allowance - but thats wat its there for!! x
