Says it all really, of the ladies who exercise what do you do, how often and for how long?
I'm trying to get to grips with getting a routine of getting to the gym, but unfortunatly being at college 3 evenings a week and having charlie during the day i don't get to go as much as i would like as oh works two jobs.
I am thinking a may have to get up at 6am to go in the mornings before the kids and oh wake
I tend to do 15 mins cardio to warm up about 20-30 mins of weights and resistance training and the another 20-30 mins cardio.
