Says it all really, of the ladies who exercise what do you do, how often and for how long?

I'm trying to get to grips with getting a routine of getting to the gym, but unfortunatly being at college 3 evenings a week and having charlie during the day i don't get to go as much as i would like as oh works two jobs.
I am thinking a may have to get up at 6am to go in the mornings before the kids and oh wake

I tend to do 15 mins cardio to warm up about 20-30 mins of weights and resistance training and the another 20-30 mins cardio.

i dont have one!! i work full days mon-wed so by the time im in from work im knackered! thurs & fri i try to get out to walk alfie if its not minging weather. we have a niec big lake near us and i normally do a couple of laps of that which is a good few miles. sat and sunday me n gav take alfie for nice walks. apart from that chucking alfie up in the air and running around after him are as much asd i get! X
