| Well i think for me if i write what i'm eating and how i'm exercise, how i'm feeling etc it'll motivate me. Kinda like i'm accountable to you guys.
Think i'll count ww points as i know most point values. I am allowed 20 points
Feel free to read or not its more reference for me i think!
Monday
Breakfast 1 slice white bread Marg slice of ham 1 apple
2.5 points Lunch Chicken and veg soup- except it wasn't very nice so i only ended up drinking what was essentially chicken stock lol! 1 slice white bread real butter 4.5 points Dinner 1 large tortilla wrap Chicken breast Fajita's sauce 2 table spoon of white rice small grating of mild cheese. 7 points Snacks 4 mini sausages- 2 points (oops lol) 1 sherbert fountain 1 point Total of 17 points eaten 3 points banked No points earned through exercise today

| Wow i've eaten alot of bread today :S Hmmm any ingenious ideas on how to reduce carbs but not feel like i'm missing out or having a lesser meal? 5 pieces of bread is alot lol |

| Ok started the new plan today, I have 29 points per day and 49 extra per week. today i plan to have 50g bran flakes- 5 pp 1 banana- 0 pp splash of milk- 1 pp tin of chincen noodle soup- 3 pp 1 slice bread- 2 pp Not sure abouy dinner probably chicken and rice with some sort of sause- 12 pp so thats 23/29 we'll see how i stick to it lol |

| Hey, I didn't put that you can eat as much fruit and veg as you want and it's no points. Tbh no I've not been starving if I've been hungry between meals I've been having fruit which is very unlike me!
The last few days I've had atleast 5 peices of fruit and veg and I've been rather full.
I don't know the sw diet very well but I'd be scared I'd eat too much carbs as I love them! Lol
I've pretty much cut out bread without thinking about it and cut down on rice and potatoes portions and I feel less bloated already!
Im on my phone ATM but I'll post what I've actually been eating later so you can see! X |

| Tuesday 1 banana- o points 1 chicken breast sandwich with real butter and warburtons bread- 10 points Chicken pasta with cheese- 14 points 2 packets of crisps- 7 points total 31- used 2 of the weekly allowance Tuesday evening i signed up online so then had the opportunity to know the points values. Wednesday i ate 50g bran flakes with a splash of milk and a whole banana- 5 points 1 can of chicken noodle soup (heinz) and 1 slice of toast and marg- 5 points Roast dinner with chicken breast, small roast potatoes, small yorkshire pud, broccoli, green beans and splash of gravy- 9 points 2 oranges- o points 1 galaxy ripple- 5 points bread with marg- 4 poinnts ww yogurt- 1 point total 29 Today i've had 50g bran flakes and milk with banana- 5 points 1 pack of chicken fridge raiders- 3 points Chicken breast cooked in a thai green curry paste, mixed with a massive stir fry, bit of soy sauce and fish sauce. plus oil- 11 points 1 apple- o points 1 orange- 0 points so far used 19 points and i gotta say i'm very satisfied, i have 10 points left to use for the day which aparently i should use so i could treat myself if i want to. My meals have changed completly from a week ago! I'm eating loads of fruit and veg and i feel great so far! in just two days the scales are showing a good loss so i'm happy! Altho af is due this weekend so who knows how things go lol |
