Awww that'd be fab. I'd love to be able to drive but medically I'm not allowed too I did 16 hours of lessons then had a really bad siezure so couldn't continue, think you have to be siezure free for 3 (or is it 5?) years before you can drive again xxx

I'm sure it's only a year Dilly. I remember my uncle had 2 seizures although it wasnt anything wrong with him hejust got to hot and he had to wait a year to drive again x

The Dr at the hospital in London told me 3 years. Yes I too suffer with Febrile Convultions, worst one was the one I 1st mentioned, I smacked my head really hard on the corner of my sofa and lost 6 weeks of memory (which never came back) the Dr told my ex to take me to places I'd been in those previous weeks to try and jog my memory but I only got up to 6 weeks prior then nothing. (Sorry about the post hijack) xxx

James has come home tonight and asked what my favourite colour is (red) he should know then starts looking on eBay - I casually enquire what he"s looking for now! A car for me - I will be driving by Christmas apparently!!! I'd love to but it's so expensive gonna let him carry on it might nudge me to do it

Aw good luck hun, sounds like you've got the perfect person to teach you! Simon is a shit when it comes to me driving, he attempted to sit with me when I was learning but was such a panicking wreck that I just took lessons. Even now I've been driving for 5 years but he will sit there do the imaginary break and pick at everything I refuse to drive with him in my car now, if we're all going out we go in his car and if it's just me and Libby we go in my car. xxx
