I am very pleased with myself! Tonight I ran/walked 5k at the gym! Ran more than walked honest!! 3weeks ago I could run 1min at a time now check me out!! eeeeeeeee I'm very excited lol xxxx

I have no idea how far 5k is lol, how long is that? I can feel myself getting better too Well done though i bet ur well chuffed I do power walking really step uphill i can feel my bum n thighs toning up

I'm training for race for life, you can do either 5 or 10k I'm going to try 10!

Leah I was exactly the same as you, thought I'd never be able to do it! I'm really pleases with myself as I've never run before in my life!

I run 8mins then walk 2 until I got to 5k
My programme is gradually making me run longer periods! It's really good!
