| I feel terrible, bubs is trying to move down and not stopped moving for 3 hours, I feel sick. Off to the loo every 10mins, some of the movements are painful.
I don't know why I'm posting, just needed to share, to see if anyone as any advice on what I can do.
I'm shattered and going to rest on settee for a bit |

| do you have an exercise ball? that was the only comfy way for me to sit towards the end, and if you rock gently on it, it helps open your pelvis so baby should be able to move down more easily - i got mine from asda for a fiver so it might be worth sending russ out! |

| I was going to suggest exercise ball too. I used to get down on my knees and kind of flop over it rolling/rocking until I got comfy.

| woke up at 3am being sick, felt a little better since, but feel sick again after my rice krispies
i just want to say thank you for the concern and advice last night, i lay in bed thinking is this it, but no, russ as lost his bet too.
bubs is still trying to move down and i'm sure what will happen will happen when bubs is ready.
but if not today, then rich wins first out prize lol |

| awww it definitely sounds like something is going on - hopefully today will be raspberry day for you the sickiness and things sound very ominous! |
