I have been on the diet since Jan hun and you can see from my ticker that it's working - slowly but surely (but I have been cheating a bit lately
). I don't actually go to the classes, OH doe and we just both follow the diet. Oh has lost 2 1/2 stone since Jan too.
Amy is on it and so is Semo and I think possibly Emvar too? (Correct me if im wrong Em).
I personally love it - it's changed the way I look at food completely. I don't feel I'm missing out and I'm never hungry (you can eat LOADS!!). It can get a bit boring from time to time but that's more to do with my cooking skills and imagination than the actual diet - I would recomend getting some of the SW cook books too. It took me about a week to get my head around it - I just couldnt accept that I could eat so much and lose weight tbh
but if you stick to it you will lose weight - no two ways about that. I think the thing that I like most about it though hun is that I feel a million percent better in myself - so much healthy and less bloated. I lost about 1/2 stone in the first 2 weeks just through sheer bloating and water retention - it was hard going but I felt amazing after a while and I will never go back to my old eating habits.
I highly reccomend it hun - give it a go. One thing I will say though is it is so much easier if you and your OH do it together. It will get you down if you are cooking seperate meals and you have to sit and watch him eat takeaways etc when you cant have them. Even if you OH doesn't need to lose weight though it is great for making you feel fitter and healthier
