| That is just the starting fee hun its actually 4.95 a week! You are allowed between 5 and 15 syns a day and everything has a syn value all except your "free" food...
Did she not explain it very well or was there just too much information?? Let me know if you need more help hun xx |

| Well.... you get red days and green days...... thats what I started on but now they have introduced an extra easy plan which is the one she went through with you but I can go through the whole lot with you if you want....
Green days free foods are potatoes, pasta, lentils and pulses, peas and sweetcorn etc and all the fruit and veg you can eat. You get 2 healthy extra As, and 2 healthy extra Bs on a green day.
Red days free foods are extra lean mince beef, meat, fish and poultry. Meat products (burgers and sausages) normally have a syn value. And again all the fruit and veg you can eat! You also get two a and b healthy extra on a red day.
Extra easy day - all the foods that are free on a red AND green day are free on the Extra easy plan - as long as at least a third of your plate is "superfree" (veggies, salad, fruit for pudding etc) and you only get 1 a and b healthy extra
Are you with me so far? lol
With regards to your group I suggest you do go every week as its so much more support for you and yes you will have to pay every week if you are just doing the online diet thing, so you might as well go along and get everything out of it that you can. You do get great support at group honestly I don;t know where I would be without mine! xx |

| Thats if you go back after missing a few weeks you get charge a rejoining fee, but if you're on about doing it on your own from home then you dont need to go back at all. What sort of food do you like I will look up some recipes for you xx |
