Bethany has been off her food for a few days but seems to be getting her appetite back slowly, today:-

bolognese pasta bake for lily-ann and sweet and sour chicken for lewis

is so hard having to do seperate meals because of lewis' milk allergy

T: Chicken kiev(mozerella and tomato), potatoes and broccoli (all meat eaten, most of broccoli, hardly any potato), strawberry angel delight

L: 100g tinned tomato soup and half a cheese sarnie (ate all soup and about 3/4 of sarnie), Lemon mousse, whole banana and children in need teddy bear choccy
S: dry shreddies and a whole banana
Milk: half an open beaker
D: lightly dusted cod, cheesy mash, broccoli, carrot, courgette (ate half fish, half mash and a bite or two of broccoli) strawberry mousse
Bed: 10 min bf (want to cut bf out altogether soon so looking good, cut down by 5 mins ever day for last three days!)

B: Porridge and half of daddy's!
S: One banana and rest of gingerbread man from day before
L: Zizzi's kids meal: 2 Garlic Dough sticks, Penne bolognese, 1 scoop of yummy strawberry icecream, a couple spoons of mummy and daddy'e chocolate puddings
S: Apple crisps, half a banana, handful of shreddies
D: will be spaghetti shapes and half slice of toast, banana cake
Bed: wil be a bf for 5-10 mins

Gonna stop the bf from a week Monday, after had xmas party on Friday. Wish me luck....

S-Skipped it as she fell asleep in the car
L-Gammon and cheesey mash and tried a spoonful of cauli cheese and a bit of parsnip (progress!), strawb yoghurt
S-some dried pineapple and a fruit string
D-Tomato and marscapone soup and a cheese toastie with some organix crispies for after plus her advent calender...and mine....and daddies

And 20 oz milk and same again of juice

Lunch - couple of French toasts with some humous to dip them into. Scrambled egg and toast and a fruit pot

Snack - breadstick

Tea - chicken, mash and beans followed by a yogurt

Supper - milk

B/L ready break and a yoghurt ( she was up till 4 this morning so slept till lunch time )

S wotsits 1 for baby girl 1 for mummy

she will maybe have a bit of toast tonight but doubt she would eat it and milk before bed

B - I did Bethany Weetabix and banana but she didn't want it so referred to have half of my bowl of fruit and fibre!!
S - Large bowl of grapes and 2 satsumas
L - Some cocktail sausages, yoghurt
S - Banana
T - Pasta with pork mince in a winter veg sauce
Supper - Two pieces of malt loaf with butter on them

l- was supose to be a jam sandwich, but she didnt even eat a 1/4

d- a tea spoon of lemon rice, some pasta and ham, which she didnt really eat and n two chicken nuggets, and a fruit pot

B: Half bowl of porridge, 1/4 beaker milk
L: Scones, and iced bun (treat lunch at grandpa's)
S: 3 slices of cheese and most of a piece of granary bread minus crusts, 1/4 beaker milk
D: BBQ chicken, mangtout and boiled potato, some chicken eaten but not much else. then custard for pud.
Bed: 1/2 beaker milk, completely drained!

lots water and dilute juice during the day too

Lunch -hlf slice of toast, 2 more sml oranges (she has had bug and being very picky!), water
Snack - 2 petis filous, fruit shoot
Dinner - 2 fish fingers, potato/pea/carrot mash. Box of raisins, water.
Supper - 2 rich tea biscuits, water
