Just got my new phone - HTC Wildfire. Trying to work it out at the moment, bit of a head fook

2 questions . . . . .


1 - How do I log out of face book?? Will I get charged for being logged in but not actually on fb?

2 - I now have everyone's phone nuber on my fb friends list in my phonebook Is that right???

You get charged for data downloaded, so if you turn your data off then it wont download anything like emails etc ... do you have a monthly allowance? If so then I wouldnt worry about it (well I have 500mb and thats plenty to cover emails etc)

Yes thats right, it syncs with FB

Ive had mine almost a week and have used 120 mb BUT I have downloaded quite a few apps, I got an app that monitors useage and tbh the email and facebook hardly use any!

I have a htc wildfire... i hate to say im regretting it! And mines with tmobile and i have unlimited internet... i thought itd have a fair usage doohdah but i can't find one anywhere, either way i havent gone over. And the facebook thing can be a bit annoying if you accidentally press on the wrong person and accidentally call one of those people on facebook who you think... i shouldn't really have therir phone number...

OH's got this phone too and he used to get so annoyed with all the FB numbers on his phonebook so deleted his FB account

Also - He's linked it with our wireless router at home cos it seems to do random 'updates' too.
I've done the same with mine too (samsung) so if it tries using internet when out it always asks 1st cos I have some apps that update randomly

russ has this and he says its ok, i have htc desire and i have loads of mobile numbers, but if you press phone, the ones you use the most will be there in the listo f last calls
ours are sync to the wifi at home, which saves us

well I managed to get rid of the fb contacts. still need to check what my allowance is - if any xx
