Have just got my new phone which I love, but I was looking through it and came across some videos which were really hardcore porn the phone is brand new and wasn't even put together, so they must have been added at the manufacturing stage. Would you complain? I've deleted them as Chloe has been playing with it so have no proof now

I'd complain. Also, despite deleting them I suspect they'd have a way of getting them back so they would have evidence

i would complain , is there a chance that it was a returned shop , you know maybe within a few hours , reburbished ( not very well ) and put back in a new box to make it look new ? x

I Wouldn't have thought so because when I ordered it they were out of stock and said they were expecting a delivery from the manufacturer in a few days, but I guess it could have been returned before shipping to my network. Yeah I think I will x

What phone was it?

If it came from Orange I know they test a certain amount of phones from each batch they recieve from the manufactuer (sp). I think they pretty much test the whole phone to make sure there are not any faults so it may have happened at testing stage...
