Biggest Loser Christmas Competition is here!!! You have 10 weeks to get seriously slinky in time for crimbo. If anyone new wants to join in please let me know. As usual weigh in is Tuesdays and I need from you all
1. Starting weight - (if you do not want this made public simply pm me)
2. Starting body inches (again this does not have to be public)
3. Then each week I need weight loss and inch loss

Ok this is a two part competition to run for the next 10 weeks which will take us to december the 20th. It will require a small amount of homework on the part of you all

Part 1 is a straight forward weight loss competition but with a small tweak. Obviously when sticking to a weight loss plan those who are bigger to start with will lose more weight simple because they have it to lose. To make a fair competition instead of who can lose most weightor a set amount of weight we are running it as a percentage loss competition. The goal of this competition is to lose 7.5% of your starting body weight in the next 9 weeks. So for someone my weight that would amount to approximately 14-15lb. I will do the maths for you if I am provided with start weight and weight loss each week. Only weekly weight loss and percentages will be announced, specific weights will not unless you are confortable

Part 2 is the part that requires a little homework on your parts. As many of us have now commenced exercising too I feel this should bhe recognised so we are running a concurrent Inch Loss competition. Before Tuesday I need you to measure the following: Over Bust, Under Bust, Waist, Hips, Both Thighs at biggest point and Both Upper Arms. You do not need to announce these figures unless you want to. Each week repeat these measurements, take your losses and add them up. Over the weeks we will keep a cumulative running total of inches lost and after 10 weeks the biggest loss of inches will also receive a prize.

(if anyone else wants to join its no problem just let me know xx
