Ok ladies we are all pledging to lose a stone by 21st Sept, more if you can and need to. No pussy footing around each other here, if someone needs a kick up the ass then give them one, if someone needs a talking to then they get it, its for our own good. This is the losers club and its NOT for softies lol.

So weigh in will be on a tuesday, you dont have to put your start weight just the amount you lose every week. Its up to you to be truthful to us and yourself and i trust everyone will be honest. There will be a prize for the person to lose a stone first provided by me and i know no-one will cheat as you will be just cheating me and yourself.

I may even do a prize for whoever loses the most by 21st Sept too if enough hit the stone mark with time to spare but will see.

Ooh exciting! I'm out on the prize front because I only have 4 weeks and no chance I will lose a stone in that - but it's more a personal goal for me now that I am near the end of my weight loss challenge. I started on Slimming world in January and did brilliantly up until May and after the Banda night out (yep that's right - I blame you lot [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ) I hit a stand still. I lost over 2 stone before then and have probably lost 2-3 lb (I fluctuate daily at the mo by 2lb either way) since so now is the time to really get back on it for that final push!

Come on ladies we can all do this! Oh and I'm not afraid of a good arse kicking either so feel free to berate me and chastise me daily for being on here instead of doing sit ups and power walks (not that I get on here so much at the mo ladies - I will be back when I have tamed the bridezilla within )

Well I'm currently wobbling around 11st 12lb (+ or - 1lb depending on the weather ).
My absolute ideal would be as close to 11st as possible but my more realistic goal is somewhere around 11st 5lb which would be 6 stone lighter than I was the day before miss Hannah was born

Haha thanks hun! I am actually worried about the dress situation though - last time I tried it it was feeling loser - I might get her to take it in a full dress size next week and then I will HAVE to lose it

Cool so I've got 4 weeks to lose 7 lb - sounds ok when you write it down like that but I have deffinately reached my level where weight is concerned so it is going to take a real push for me to lose this! eeeek!!

i'm gonna sign up for this too

i generally sabotage myself by burning off 1000-1200cals a day and only eating 1200 max...so essentially i'm starving....this will give me an incentive to focus on eating more(stupid, to lose weight i have to eat loads!)

lets hope i can drop the last stone with you guys' help!

Kayleigh you have inspired me to be brave and post my starting weight too, and cos I love you all and hope you won't judge me lol. When I started Slimming World, I was 21st 7 pounds (size 26), I am now 19 stone 9 pounds (size 22), so still huge, but hey I'm doing something about it....
