orderd my doppler, its at andys work and as long as fish memory remembers to bring it home todat(he forgot it the past 2 days lol) im gonna have a go. not sure if it will be too early yet as my mw refuses to use it till14 weeks

when did you first hear the hb???

i had a go on heartbeat monitor at donnas and we botb think we heard it but onlu feint!!

no i wanted one but martin said no incase i coudnt find it and freaked out lol x

i was about 16 weeks before I found mine but my uterus was tilted and behind the bladder so it was a bit later than normal x

I've got one and found HB at (what I believed to be 10wks but.....) I would have been 9+4wks
I'd been listening from about 8wks but not really sure IF i'd hear anything till much later so didn't get stressy about it. I was delighted and cried my eyes out when I first heard it

I still use it regularly cos I suspect my placenta is anterior this time round so I don't always feel the kicks. I've only been feeling it properly this past week or so.

I had it with Oliver and found his HB at 11+wks after out 1st scan

i wont panic if i dont hear anything just yet as i know im still early...altgough i could actually be 12 weeks but wont know till my scan next wed!! cant wait for andy to get home so i can try it out!! x

Which one did you go for? The angelsounds?

i cant remember what its called but it looked exactley the same as the angelsounds one...but slightley more expensive cos it comes with a lot of gel too x

I had a doppler. Didn't find the hb until 15 weeks and that was after I'd felt him move. However, I am fat and, probably more importantly, had an anterior placenta so would just pick up my hb from that. Its possible I may have found it earlier if it hadn't been for that. I know the mw don't tend to listen until you're past 18 weeks or so because it can be very dependant on where the baby is laying

i was 11 weeks i think 11 +2 but i have a jelly belly it had to fight past to hear anything

humph!!!! they sent the wrong one...they sent one of them onea you strap round your belly and they dobt even work until 30weeks...well gutted.
he is sending that back and iv orderd an angelsounds one x

Awww that sucks I had an angelsounds with Ollie and heard him from 16 weeks and a sonatrax one with Amelia and heard her from 8 weeks x

i had ana angelsounds one with alfie and heard the heartbeat from about 14 weeks i think. need to fish it ut! x
