sorry laides stupid questions..

oh brought us some muti vits the other day... they already have 200 what ever in them of folic acid..
im taking folic acid any way n thats 400 is that too much?! like added together?

and also is it okay for men to take them!?! i only thought it was a woman thing lol!

No idea about men taking it but when I first went to the docs when I found out I was pg, he prescribed me with some folic acid and the dosage was 5 milligrams, the ones you usually buy are 400 microgrammes, so bascially the ones I got prescribed were 12 times the normal chemist bought ones. I don't think the 600 microgrammes that you will take will be a problem. xx

I dont think the 600 is a problem no and yes men need it too it's good for making new blood cells helps stop anemia
