BANDA Ladies Against Baby Bellies!!

Right ladies it's time I lost some weight and I can't afford to join weight watchers at the mo so I'm starting my own online group here. I hope at least one person joins me otherwise I will be here every week berating myself for eating a whole pack of jaffa cakes again then crying coz I have put weight on instead of losing it I will look a right nut job so PLEASE someone join me - even if it is only to poke me with a great big stick and laugh at my wobbly bits!

I've honestly never been on a proper diet before so I'm not entirely sure how I'm gonna go about it so any suggestions welcome.

I will post my weight every week with a pic as evidence so I can't tell fibs if Ive had a bad week. I don't have scales so will probably be a pic of the wi fit screen. If anybody wants to join me in doing this please feel free but dont feel you have too either - just pop on here for some encouragement.

Well not done so bad today so far, had a bowl of cereal and sandwich and took the boys out on the bikes.
The only problem is tommy can't go as far as I'd like so I only manage about half an hour with him! He wants to be super speedy and then when I wanna carry on he's tired lol
Charlie just holds on watching the world go by in his seat!
He fell asleep on my back just as we got home bless him!

My sister has a home step machine that I'm gonna have, I use to do it for age while watching the telly so I'm gonna try and do that again!

Debs I struggle when oh is about, if he comes round for dinner he says I want something 'nice' which usually means fatty with a capital F!!

I'm trying to drink more today as well! I'll be peeing for England but I'll do it non the less lol

I havent weighed myself from last friday yet... I forgot and am living in the bliss that I have (and will) only put on 2 stone in this pregnancy - if I dont weigh myself...I will never know!

But... I do promise that the day I come out of hospital... I will weigh myself for BLABB!

Im still here ladies, been so busy over since friday! Ive been to play places and had play dates with Tayla everyday so thats my exercise! Also been doing the wii fit every night, eating ok (no goodies!) We shall see what friday brings!
Havnt been to the gym yet tho (due to being let down by friends!)

well i think this week is gonna be a bad one, went to pizza hut today(but ate nowt else all day) and didn't exercise as i wanted to spend ALL day with lily-ann and i'm not working out AT ALL this week as i'm backed up and going down south...eeek!

Well dont know how im gonna do this week I havent been walking yet coz of half term and dave is at work And we are gonna have kebab 2nite for dinner Celebrate daves new Job (yes another 1) but rather that then alcohol I think so im already nervous about weigh in on friday and its only wednesday Oh well time will tell

Yey Mara - course you can join us hun. You don't HAVE to tell us your weight but you might find it an incentive if you do - entirely up to you - just tell us your loss each week.

Tara - Kebab doesn't have to be bad if you go for a chicken shish in pitta. Just grilled chicken sandwich really with salad unless you're ike me and can't resist a mixed chicken and donner on a big fat naan bread with loads of sauce mmmmmmm I wish!!!

I've been so f-ing bad all week there's no way on earth I can rein it in before wi!
Honestly I'm so ashamed of myself!
I just don't seem to feel satisfied at all and feel like a bottomless pit of crap.
Well don't have anyone else to blame! I'm thinking about 3lb gain atleast!

I havnt had much time to get on the wii fit this week but have been eating well and been out on play dates and doing lots of housework so ill count that as my exercise!

I've just had a big mac meal, naughty Kayleigh, I'm never going to be thin again if I keep having a mcdonalds just because I've been quite good lol

Hows everyone feeling for the weigh in tomorrow, my sisters just informed me that the batteries have gone in the scales but I don't want to check in case I use them up if theres a little it of power left, I need them for tomorrow lol

THey are stupid watch batteries aswell and really hard to replace grrrrr!
