BANDA Ladies Against Baby Bellies!!

Right ladies it's time I lost some weight and I can't afford to join weight watchers at the mo so I'm starting my own online group here. I hope at least one person joins me otherwise I will be here every week berating myself for eating a whole pack of jaffa cakes again then crying coz I have put weight on instead of losing it I will look a right nut job so PLEASE someone join me - even if it is only to poke me with a great big stick and laugh at my wobbly bits!

I've honestly never been on a proper diet before so I'm not entirely sure how I'm gonna go about it so any suggestions welcome.

I will post my weight every week with a pic as evidence so I can't tell fibs if Ive had a bad week. I don't have scales so will probably be a pic of the wi fit screen. If anybody wants to join me in doing this please feel free but dont feel you have too either - just pop on here for some encouragement.

yeah we have a pub about 10 doors down from us that do 2 for £7. I try to convince myself that its cheaper and easier but its so not really.

I am super dooper proud of my lasgne that i made for tea tonight. it was delicious!!! and healthy cos i had it with salad.

Well ive just down 45 mins on the wii fit, had jacket potato and salad for dinner. Although the wii says ive gained 2lbs! Going to walk to the shop now, its down a REALLY steep hill, so wish me luck! x

I caved today and had a botl of Dr pepper,I am an addict lol

I made it back alive! I wasnt even out of breath, must be the pushing the buggy that usually kills me lol!
Ive started doing little things like squats when im waiting for the kettle to boil too
Brought some sweetners at the shop to, put 3 in and it was too sweet so ill just be having 2

My lap time today was 16 mins I couldnt quite believe it I had to check the time about 7 times so thats a mile in 16 mins is that good ?

well done tara! i dont know about if its good, but lets be honest you've managed to shave off about 5 mins from the time so yes its good! if your heart rate is rising you are going great!

I've got just dance for the wii Emma but omg am i crap at it pmsl!! seems i have no rhythm whatsoever! It is a good laugh when you do it with other though and really gets your heart rate up! Is 2 better than 1?

Weigh day tomorrow ladies!!!! how do we all feel? Ive been really good since monday (was ill at weekend so had a bit of comfort food) but I actually feel worse - really bloated and flabby maybe it's just coz my body isnt used to it and ie been ill? I'll be a bit miserable if i havent lost anything but cant let it get me down! I'll be happy to stay the same (I'll be gutted if ive put on ) Will have to wait and see!

hey ladies. no tfeeling too grand about tomorrow - hoping ive stayed the same but wont be suprised if ive gained but it is my birthday week os not too bothered. starting properly from friday.

i did walk yesterday tho - about a mile or two with the pushchair and i was sweating altho it ws freezing outside so must have burned some calories this week.

im proud that this week ive discovered my cooking skills!!

Don't be disheartened if you don't loose, sometimes you'll loose innches!
The bloating is probably a change in your diet, your body getting use to the change!
Also, don't let your body go into starvation mode! if your not eating enough your body will think its not getting fed again so holds onto everything it can until it knows its going to get fed!

I'm not sure about tomorrow, like you guys i'll be glad to stay the same after last weekend!

Well i was good but bad today, went into town and was running around after Tayla in the shops as she wouldnt stay in her buggy. But then had a mcds again (only happy meal tho)
But ive done an hour on the wii fit (all aerobic and muscle exercises) Im shattered now, havnt stopped all day!

rubbish. well done wll up until tea time.has scrambled egg on toast for brekkie - ended up skipping dinner cos i had to go to hospital and didnt have any time which meant i didnt have time to make tea properly so ended up having a brekkie for tea.

im thinking im gonna be bottom of the list this week hahax

Option hot chocolate is a life saver to me at the moment, I'm really craving chocolate so it's my little fix and only 40 calories, fabby!

I walked for 2 hours and starved myself all day saturday just for my pizza for xfactor, and it was totally worth it lol

Me too debs. Im horrendous at weekends - i just cant do it. I have had lots of lager and pizza!!!!

Gonna be extra good this week. Im already onto my second glass of water and have had beans on toast for brekkie so think ill just have some soup for dinner.

Yep I'm trying to drink more water this week too - I find it so much easier in the week coz I have such a strict routine with the kids anyway so I can plan my meals. At weekend when OH is home I tend to just relax - I don't do housework on weekend (other than the basics - washing up, cleaning surfaces etc) and I just grab food as and when coz we are usually running around doing something then we get home in a rush and think stuff it lets get takeaway. I'll see what happens on friday and if Ive stayed the same or put on then I am gonna have to have a serious look at my weekend habits. However I think AF is on her way this week so likelyhood is I wont lose anyway - crap!

Right I'm off to do a huge pan of veg soup love it!
