Any1 ever tried one?

Cos i walked past a shop y'day that had some in and there wsa an advert for them outside saying 10 mins is equivilent to 1hr in the gym and burns 350 cals. All you do is stand on them and they vibrate?

May give it ago! Id much prefer 10 mins standing on a plate than 1hr in the gym!!

I've heard of these - i would love to have a go but like you don't know much about them. Will keep my eye on this thread.

I think they sound fab but I don't know where any are! I'm all for execise without actually excersizing lol

i have some and they're not all that!

go into a gym and try the proper ones and omg they make your teeth rattle!! but i bought some on amazon that had fabulous feedback on and tbh they're 'ok' but i rarely use them

yeah my local tanning salon has some in. £3 for 10 mins.was thinking about trying them out

definitely worth it if they're the proper professional ones!
