Have any of you ladies tried it? What did you think? Is it worth it?
My friends mum is buying one Laughing so i hoping to use it a few times a week. Its a much cheaper version of the pro ones at the gym and shops though!
It was looking online at places in B'ton and its about £100 for a 4 week course 3 times a week, which i suppose actually isnt too bad....IF it works!

I was given a tutorial on one the other day, I like it and can see how it is good, the trainer i had said he only tends to push people to use it for strenthing your core.
They have a few in our gym that you can use, but they also offer courses.

Have you seen or tried the Vipr? Now thats a brilliant invension! Its a weighted tube which you use as part of a work out, I also had a tutorial on that and WOW!
The trainer said that he reccomends the Vipr over the power plates especially for Toning.

Do they do classes at your gym? I've been to body pump and that was really good! You could also try Body combat thats suppose to be good as well!

lol it is but it gives one hell of a workout! There are so many exercises you can do with it as well, i really liked it!
I want to use this guy as a personal trainer but don't really have the money atm, when he was showing me what to do it was really good! But £30 a session could get a bit costly!
Maybe closer to the holiday i'll get a chance to use him! lol

Lol me either! I really wanna build up some strength and tone up so I've been doing about 30 mins cardio and then a weights, I think I'll do the vipr instead of weights sometimes to mix it up a bit!
I haven't done spin I'm sated of it lol, I don't think I'd be able to keep up!
