I feel like a complete fraud this week coz I've been terrible, Ive had 2 chineses, a pizza hut buffet, curry with popadoms and naan and two huge bowls of belgian waffles with icecream and choccy sauce (courtesy of my friends ) and tbh I feel like crap! I feel bloated and flabby and just yack! I'm so back on my proper diet this week - not so much for the weight loss but also because it makes me feel so much better in myself.

Anyway somehow I still managed to lose 1lb which I don't deserve so hoping I don't have a delayed reaction and put on next week. I'm gonna be extra good and try to get some excercise in this week too - I need to tone some flab! Heres this weeks pic:

stayed the same so still 17st 7lbs will get back to my walking and eating properly next week feeling much better and my head and throat are on the mend

im 12st 11lb this morning so Ive lost 2lbs yey!!! im so happy as i have tried but had a few blips and just had a "norma" weekend of eating/drinking.

Next week im going to try and eat before alfie goes to bed at 7 as we always tend to eat around 8pm which is no good.

Well done girls! Amy me and you really are diet twins i lost 2lbs as well, i'm now 10st 5lbs!
Had an ok week, more good days than bad but not 100% healthy.

how do u do that with ur wii?? iv 5 diff fitness games on my wii... thinking i should try them out?? i like look of that compared to the complicated scales i have that rings off all sorts of %'s for this and that!!

btw.. im the heaviest fecking in here LOL!!

Laura its wii fit i think, you can weigh yourself and it records it. my disc is buggered and i cant put pictures up as cant get them off my bloomin iphone!

i got it disk :/ dont u have them on a hard drive??

Kell - get the photobucket app for your iPhone hun - it's free and it's fab - upload photos straight off your phone to photobucket then when you get chance to get on the computer post the img code

nup, i D/L my games same way u would movies etc, transfer them to the external HD thats plugged in to the Wii.....

edith is six weeks now and i have discovered when i eat chocolate it gives her bad wind so i am cutting it out.

my start weight is 12st7lb and bmi is 28.5 i have lost 1.5 stone sine having her and am 1st lighter than pre preg and bmi was 32

but i want to shift another stone so i am joining too i am getting wii fit+ tomorrow too

blaaaa not good!! ive had a god awful week!! ive not been out at all walking in the pram, been munchin on crap and feeling sorry for myself!! i have to have xray tomorrow as ive been in agony with my left knee cap its completely diff to the right one...its soooo swollen and sore doctor thinks its cartilage which will need op on if its as bad as she thinks so ive been sitting on sofa watching tv and doing odd jobs in the living room and looking after benjamin and thats it!! so ive weighed myself and ive gained 1lb...i know its not a lot but its just another bad thing to happen this wk

i had an argument with my balance board, its said iv gained 12lb cause fergie made me stand on it on a hard surface and not the rug!! so im back at the beginning 12 heavier :@
