Well I've had a terrible week - I finally gave in to the chocolate craving and have had a few glasses of wine too so not suprising I've not lost anything this week - I only have myself to blame though and it has motivated me to try harder this week. Heres my pic for this week:

As you can see I stayed the same weight wise BUT my BMI has gone down very slightly so I'm still heading in the right direction.

This weeks moto - MUST TRY HARDER!!!

I think I have mastered the eating better now (apart from the odd slip up) but I don't think I'm gonna get very far now unless I shake my lazy butt into gear and do some exercize

I havnt really been trying as weve moved house and been quite busy and had a few nights outs so have been drinking But im back on monday properly and will be starting the gym monday too

Well done tara that's brilliant! and debs well done no weight on so that's all good!

I stayed the same but I'm going to ww Tuesday evening so If you don't mind I'd like to use that weight as my starting weight, kinda start from scratch! The ww scales are always different to mine lol!

I am aiming to have a brilliant week this week because OH is off work the following week and I know it will all go out the window then plus I have the Warrington meet where we are having a 3 course meal and drinks so I know that will be a bad week!

well i've barely been able to work out or eat healthy this week because of having family up for the kids birthday party but am down to 11st exactly, so only 1lb lost this week but it's better than a gain!!

Have not weighed self for ages so will do when get home tonight (prob post with a big sad face when am heavier than i thought!!!) I htink my scales are a bit poo so might try the wii, do people think they are accurate?

Ive joined ww last night and my weight was 12st 13lbs - tbh i think my scales are different to the ww ones too. Theyre rubbish hardys ever work. So if you dont mind debs i wanna start again too please?

Im in the zone now - i NEED to do this!! and my mam has bribed me by saying she will pay for it if i have a significant weight loss in the first month!!

Kate - I'm not sure how accurate they are weight wise tbh coz I dont have normal scales but I think as long as you use the same wii/scales each week it's fine - I have weighed myself on my mums, mils and nannas recently and got totally different weights [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Right, unfortunatly i always seem to get let down when i want something for myself so i haven't been able to get to a meeting, I went to dad's who's scales seem to be closet i've come to the ww figures in the past, i will weigh myself there everyweek, i've also joined ww online so will be doing it that way.
I've paid for 3 months so i will bloody well do it lol!

So my starting weight is 10st 12lbs the pictures not great but i think you can see it alrite?
