Well I can't weigh in this week ladies coz my wii is broken .

I'm gonna go out and buy some scales and start my weight again because it will no doubt be different (hopefully lighter not heavier ).

hey girls! was supposed to weigh in yesterday but forgot

today i am....

10st 12!!! so 2lbs down again and i'm officially back in the 10s!!!!!!!

oh and if i can drop another 2lbs that'll be a whole 2stone gone!! only 1st 12lbs left to lose

im just not happy at all and cant seem to lose

weren't you eating big bars of galaxy this week emma....methinks that might help with the lack of weight loss

walk lots thats what iv been doing... and when i cant i been on the cross trainer just going at a steady walking pace whist watching a soap, usually easties. i have horrid muffin tops and fatty leg tops!

lol kenty i did indeed eat a big bar of galaxy but !! that once in awhile wont hurt lol i usually lose weight fine and still eat choccie

laura i walk loads and on my feet with work in week then only time i sit down is at night !! im starting gym tomo so im hoping to kick start my metabolism a bit x

Emma, eat more fruit and veg hun!
I started the new ww plan this week and i have cut carbs down to maybe 1 slice of bread and a small portion of rice or potatoe a day. i use to eat carbs carbs carbs at protty much every meal.
I am eating fruit inbetween meals if i'm hungry and its worked wonders!
The proof will be at wi but i honestly feel wicked for the changes!

i agree with kell this new plan is amazing. altho i have been really bad this weekend. i had a drink last night which resulted in me drinking 7 cans, picking at my mates mixed kebab and ive got an asda pizza for tonight. i made a sundays lunch for dinner which wasnt too bad tho. had a chicken breast and loads of veg and nby the time it came to eating my mash potato i was full so only had a few mouth fuls. Im just taking it that ive used all my 49 points this weekend and not gonna use any more throughout the week. at least if i dont lose ill know where i went wrong!
