i wasn't planning on adding butter, just adding ebm/formula/water if needs be...do you need butter?? i was looking at ways to make up some lentils instead of just plain but i dont want to add butter

i make a lentil casserole for ava but i don't use butter, i use the vegetable stock cubes (baby variety) and throw everything in.

A bit of butter is good for them because of the fat but you don't need to use it x

I use unsalted butter sometimes. It's a good idea to use it when you cook with carrots as it makes the vitamins in them easier to absorb

i think she does add it for the calories as far as i can tell but iv been using unsalted butter think you can get it in most supermarkets xx
