anyhoo have to share, 12st 4 for me this morning which means 1 off ours but since i joined ww at 12st 7lb after gaining 2 lb during af its 3lb off whoop whoop!!!

also managed to get on the wii fit plus last night and that weighed me at 12st 3lb. not using that tho as its on carpet.!!

i think she's out tonight at peter kay show(or so says fb!)

i'm down just 1lb today, since hitting 11 1/2st it's coming off so slowly...but am still happy to be down to 10st 11!

i lost half this week which i thought was gr8 considering id had an awful weeke last week. better off than on!!

Im going to leeds this weekend tho so were going for a nice meal and lots of nice drinks so im not dieting this weekend.back on it on monday which is what ive dopne this week so ill just hope for the best for next week x

i am doing the new ww i had 25 points left over but would like to do that each week to cover in case i have under estimated anything. (oh and i had McD for lunch yesterday!!

Amy, i had a meal out last sat and was drinking strawberry cider prob picked the worst drink ever! used extra points there but didnt use many then over the week so enjoy the weekend

Crap!!! Sorry ladies, had such a busy week with one thing and another I completely forgot to do weigh in this week!

I still haven't got my new scales either so can't weigh in but contemplating having a break and starting again in January. I have all sorts of occasions and parties coming up within the next month or so (Thomas' bday, Mum's 50th, SDs 18th, Christmas, new year etc etc) and I just know that I'm gonna fall off the wagon big style! I'm worried I will lose motivation if I weigh and don't see any change but I do want to enjoy Christmas and the parties etc so I think I'm gonna stay away from the scales for a month.

What's everybody elses views on dieting in December? Will you be cutting down still or having a little break and enjoying it?

I will still do weigh in if you want me to - not a problem - but if anybody wants to take over or notices I forget again feel free to copy and paste the list from the previous thread.

im thinking im gonna be quite relaxed, try but not activley try. gonna hammer the diet and kick ass in the gym. gonna start back boxing in jan, spoke to my old instructor and he is glad im coming back. so be training every day and back running every day/evening.
