if you cant see a difference have a look at pic 1 ,, boobs and tummy, which one sticks out furthest them go and look at same in pic 3 !!!!

well honest opinion is yes there is a huge difference

My dress is bein adjusted as we speak I knew was guna be too big so met up with the lady and she's taking it in and adjusting it all

This is gonna sound really crude, but when I lose weight I judge my belly on how far past my boobs it goes , so have a look at your pics again...........your tum has gotten way smaller, and is actually smaller than boobs in last pic [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

i have just noticed that my tum smaller than boobs now u have pointed it out to me.
its been a struggle as had noone untill now notice so fell like i have stayed the same
my goal is to get to size 18 and then once im there will set a new goal x

hiya uve done really great do u mind me asking how uve done it dont know if uve said already? im a 24 and am really wanting to loose weight but i really strugle but im starting monday (i know its always 2moro, but the christmas chocs will be gone by then lol) and has we r ttc i think it will be better to try get a bit healthier

In all honesty I have just cut down on the amount of junk.I eat and have smaller portions for dinner if I get hungry I drink water not as nice as choc but healthier I.also go on walks and if you like music wack that on and dance when cleaning
