Keep it up im sure it will budge soon Your doing great and havnt even much to lose so its bound to be harder

there are tons of things that can affect weight loss...

water retention is one....too much sodium, not drinking enough, TOM can all add to water retention

muscle building...if you have been doing weights as well as cardio it's likely you could have lost fat, but gained muscle...so while you're losing it, the scales don't register it....they say muscle weighs more than fat...not true...but if you have 5lb of muscle and 5lb of fat...the muscle is much denser than fat so takes up less space...so check your measurements!

keep it up hun. it usually happens to me when i exercise. thats why i want to have a few weeks of just dieting before i start exercising! itll drop off soon tho x

Kenty I have been doing quite a bit of weight training as well as cardio, I did wonder if that could be the reason but I wasn't sure how soon muscle builds up so just dismissed that theory.
I'll have to get the tape measure out and see!

I an sympathise as for the last couple of weeks i have eaten far more sensibly and i am not sure it has made any difference at all!! x

I was going to say get the tape measure out as you may have lost inches but not weight. I've not really lost much weight but I've lost quite a few inches :0) xxxxx
