so im still internet less do try to get on but on my phone & our signal at home is so poor I give up waiting for it to load. but do try to pop on and see whats going on.

we waited for a new line put in, as the gypsys had cut our line in new place as they knew was empty before we moved for the copper inside wire!!! so time BT came out to sort it was end dec. which had been canx twice due to snow!! grr
line up rang tiscali..... as they had been taken over by talktalk everyone on the old account had been frozen untill take over completed!! so to ring back 21st this month, said the take over still not completed, ring back 24th (today) so I did.... to be told our account had been canx by some numpty by accident when we mmoved begining of dec! and was inreversable and now they are talktalk they do not just do a broadband package!!! wtf!!! so iv been waiting for 2 sodding months for nothing!! and just come to FILs who tells me he just taken just broadband package with talktalk this week!!! huh?!?!?! but cant be assed with talktalk messed us about way too much.

so rang BT to have broadband with them. but cant do that either as there was a note from enginer from when they put the line in saying the work hadnt been completed (the wire is not on pole further up the lane thats all, line works fine) but they cant put on the computer I want broadband untill that 'order' is marked completed!!! OMG I could scream!!!! so looks like we're going to be a while without internet!!!! dont realise how much you rely on it till its gone!!

and to top it all off!!! lillie fell in our ses (sp) pit this morning!!! OHs uncle (who we now live with) hadnt put the drain on properly, and lillie fell in, I just managed to grab her before her head went under!!! iv never been so scared in all my life!!! we've had nothing but HELL since we've moved to our 'dream house' wishing we hadnt bothered!! between mice in oiur bed & eaten all lillie toys when in shed whilst moved. no heating for 3 weeks and water leaking in bathroom through into our lounge every time have a bath & waiting for new sofas to come.... whats ment to be saving us money is now turning into a fortune!!

anyways sorry for the rant!!! But I am still about miss you guys!!! xxx

Ohh bloody hell that all sounds awful!

TalkTalk and BT are as bad as each other! I moved from Bt to Talk Talk recently, and although its much cheaper and TalkTalk is faster - their customer service is appalling!

When you say cess pit - like a slurry pit on a farm kinda thing or more like a septic tank thingy for house waste? Either way scary I know I bet she stank and was terrified bless her - thank goodness you were there!!!

I hope it starts to look up for you - cos all that would get anyone down :-(

Aww poor you, sounds like you're having a right nightmare. I had problems with Bt and talktalk too. Like Lisa said they are as bad as each other. We got a really good deal with the post office.

yeah house waste thingi lol urgh all fixed now adn covered properly!! I can laugh about it now but OMG I was scared!!! she'l grow to be 6ft now haha

yeah I had big problems with BT I was nearly taking them to court as they were taking money out of my account with no reason or say so. loooong story sure iv posted before. and customer service was appawling. so moved to talktalk who seem to just as bad if not worse!!! and my onmly other option is to move back to BT grrrrr as no one else covers our area, unless you pay the £17 a month fee as our exhange is BT owned only grrrrrrrrr pain in the ass!!

My thoughts on BT are well known so I won't bore you but OMFG how in a supposed civilised society can it take so naffing long to get a blinking phone line connected?!?!?!?!
