Arrghh they are annoying!

I opened a case with Ebay as something hadn't arrived, it says cos you paid with paypal you should use them for the dispute...so I open a case with them

A week later paypal close the case saying I should deal with it through ebay - but ebay does nothing and just redirects me back to paypal - so neither will deal with it and I still don't have my item or a refund!

arghhh just my whinge for today!

That is a joke.

I keep hearing more and more bad things about both ebay and Paypal.

You would think considering they are the same people they would know what to do!

Thing is the seller keeps saying he has refunded, must think I am daft cos there is nothing on paypal to show a refund!

OH had this before where the seller kept saying they had refunded - well it turned out they had. It will show on your bank account before it does on Paypal x

RAH!!!!! I'm hating PP at the moment. Because I took all the donations for Katie and Carment via PP they started an investigation into me for money laundering and I'm on day 4 of trying to resolve it all. It's driving me nuts!!!! They say that I have exceeded the £1200 threshold in 1 month which is a load of balls as it's well under £1000, not even £900!!! I was very suspicious but it turns out to be genuine. What a massive pain in the rectum!

i avoid PP at all costs because of this. too many problems with them. dont give up, you carry on until either one refunds you.
