i recieved this email from paypal

i really could not understand it at all i logged into my paypal vis google and there was nothing on there suggesting any limited issues so phoned paypal and was told there was no * red mark * on my account so was to forward the mail to them as spoof

i am just sharing this with you as it does seem a very legitimate email and i very nearly clicked the link to restore it so thought would share it with you just incase anyone else receives it x x

Paypal do say they will never email you with a link to their site, they will always give you instructions to log in to the site instead. So good on you as this is most definitely a scam.

I would advise you to make Paypal aware of it x

TBH most emails that ask you to log in via a link are scams

Its so annoying these days, everything is a bluddy scam!

That is a keylogging virus! I get those all the time and do not even open them. Run a security check on your comp as well as think of changing your passwords. Scammers are everywhere! xxx

I had a email from paypal this morning, very legit looking and it said that I had sent funds of $28.99 to someone. I knew I hadn't sent any money overseas so I did the same as Jen & logged into paypal just to be sure and yes you guessed it, it was just a scam cos the email was asking me to click the link below if if wasn't a transaction I recognised. Luckily this was quite an obvious scam but for someone like my dad, who is not up with computers etc, it could have caused big issues!!
