UPS??

any idea wat this is?? imj presuming its a parcel delivery company cos ive got a note through the door to say ive got something delivered and they are going to try again tomorrow but its come from america and when ive tried to track it online i have noooo idea wat it could be??? the worst thing is it shows i owe an import fee of £17.32??

Any clues? Im deffo not paying any money!!

i haveent ordered anything online for aggggggesss??? my friend lives in america but ive had parels from her before and only had to pick them up from post office. ive sent her a message to ask if shes maybe ordered summat for his birthday via disney cos thats where it says its from?

UPS is quite a big delivery company (they have brown vans, youve probs seen them about) so should be reliable.

Yeah UPS are a del comp, are you sure the fee hasnt already been paid as i dont see how theyd be able to deliver it else??? As anyone could say there not paying it si then what would they do?? X

it says on the form £17.32 to pay??? It also says theyre gonna try and deliver tomorrow - but noone will be in cos i am at work. theres no phone number to ring but theres a tracking number so going to see if i can leave a message to leave at another addresss x

Ooo well hope you dont have to pay it, have you tried putting number into their website some del comps let you add messages etc on failed deliverys. Or leave a note on door UPS are quite good, ive had a few dels from them before. Xx

Yeh UPS do fees paid on delivery or you get an invoice

Dan's snowboard that was £400 cost £60 fees, but it depends what it is as to what rate is charged (so going by that its worth about £100) but I think your friend would have told you cos she would have been told fees would be payable when she ordered it

thats ridiclous considering i havent ordered anything! im not paying for summat i dont know wat it is?

ive sent a message on website and asked them to deliver on thursday when inm gonna be in x

You will probably get an invoice - but if you accept the package you will have to pay, so hopefully you find out what it is before then!
