| i'm on a constant diet, but i am the type that NEVER falls off the wagon...if i want a sweet treat or pig out i exercise to accomodate it...first time round i dropped over 50lbs...this time i'm down 41lbs with another 15-20lbs to go i do know just how hard it is not to fall off the wagon though, i'm always SO tempted |

| I'm doing calorie counting with "my fitness pal". Never done calorie counting before, it's dreadful! I get to mid-morning and toast was so long ago and lunch is so far away still and I'm thinking "Noooo, if I have a biscuit now, then that's half a shapers sandwich later on" and time just goes sooooooo slowly when you're hungry!
Thinking of going back to Slimming World instead but that only seems to work when I'm doing it on my own - never managed to get OH to join in with it and unless we were going to have separate meals I would end up only slimming for a few days a week. |

| Em...i know MFP is hard to start with, but with that program, if you burn any calories doing exercise you get to eat them back...so you can have that little extra snack etc i found that logging my food for the next day helps alot as i know what i can have and when...keeps me kinda motivated |

| I've got mfp as well i like the app, but i'm not a calorie counter, i've always been a weight watcher so points is my thing, although the points and calories are actually similar i just find it easier. I'm on the waggon at the moment, But god i find it soooooo hard. I'm at the gym 3/4 times a week and i'm actually loving that! |
