how is everyone this evening? all had a good day?
i have had an ok day went to doctors today been signed off for another week with my hip,bk and ankle!
then came home and saw the girls had a nice play house from my mum and dad as an earlie easter pressie so they have been playing in that all afternoon

i saw it on your fb Char, its gorgeous i bet they love it. I've ordered ava one its coming tomorrow but i'm at work 0930-2000

i lead such a boring life

aw im sat in bed already thats how exiting my life is in the evenings lol

i would love to be sat in bed just now ,, i cannot remember the last time i spent the evening in bed , dvd , laptop , magazines and loads of bad things to eat !!!

I'm sat here fantasising about food i've gone back on the cambridge diet today

i wana do cambridge diet as heard it works well but so expensive

Yeah it works but like you say it is expensive

i've not seen the playhouse but gonna take a peek when i get chance!

today i did a 10mile walk to town and back, played with the kids, got them to bed and then did a round of yoga...suffice to say i'm a little knackered!!

kenty what diet have you done as you have done amazing! i need to loose weight the doc kinda made me see "the real light" earlier so need to do somethin about it

i follow 'my fitness pal' when you log up and put in your details it calculates how many calories you need to cut to lose weight...following that alone is enough to lose weight...add in exercise and it just melts off

i'm currently doing a super intense high intensity workout called p90x...it's bloody hard work but it's more of a fat burner/muscle builder than a 'weight loss'
