| anyone got any shape wear thats good? i have one that goes round the stomache it is good but not for under dresses
anyone recomend any that be nice under a dress would be great would like smooth lines. x |

| Spanx are brilliant! The higher power ones are my ones of choice as they're like cycling shorts but then come right up under your boobs. I always wear them under dresses x |

| definitely Spanx, although I dont like to wear it if I'm eating as they're quite tight. There should be a size guide on their website helz x |

Kenty I'm not sure they'd do much for you as you're toned after all that exercise. They don't suck me in as such they smooth and flatten, basically make you look toned. |

| have the avon ones the leggins are crap but the thong and dress one are ok as they have straps to stop them rolling onto your waist, not tried spanx though bet they are 20 times better |

| errm i have some primarni ones so cheap and cheerful but they do the job...think iv worn them under a dress and they were fine x |

| I tuck the top of the spanx under my bra strap and they don't roll down. Also as they're shorts you don't get the bit where they cut into your bum and make you look deformed lol. They're really pretty good, but expensive! x |
