I view Gill as someone who know's who she is, where she wants to go in life and is determined to get there/already there (purposeful in my head). Hard working and competitive in the work place and strong willed in the sense that she doesnt stray from her own personal value base.

Just though id clear that up in case anyone thinks I think Gill is a hard faced cow

I said Green for Gill mainly because of the 'encouraging' also as she/you are good at calming a situation if it gets heated. xx

I could pick things out of green, red and blue for me to be honest not one group stands out as having slightly more .
