| buy a swimsuit/tankini from ebay? I need one for my hols in May but there's only a small selection in shops and sooo expensive. There's a few on ebay but I don't know if it's a bit weird buying a second hand swimsuit, is it like buying second hand knickers!? |

| I prob would as I know how expensive they are as I bought one when I was pregnant but it would have to be in very good condition and I would give it a good wash first. X |

| I bought a second hand maternity bottoms and tikini swim suit. it had not been used much only twice and i washed it when i got it and she did too as well.
i'm not bothered by it being used by some else. thats what washing is for |

| My first thought was oooh no. But then I thought I have borrowed bikinis off my sis so I suppose it's quite similar. If you're happy with it then do it ! |

| It's just that not many places sell maternity clothes and only a select few of those sell maternity swimwear, and then it's about £25/£30. I'm still not sure how I feel about it. I'd obviously wash it but I think I'd still feel funny about it. I've borrowed swimwear from my mum &sis but it's diff when you know the person I think. I'll search the shops some more then use eBay as last resort x |

| There's some new on ebay but not any cheaper than shops. Tried asos but maternity swimwear is still about £25 which is too much for me. Just tried on my swimsuits from last year and they just about fit but i figured maybe i could just buy a new one in a size or two bigger from primark cheap. This maternity stuff is just a way to get more money out of you! |

| yeah for sure, i bet you can just get a bigger size and it would do - especially with a tankini if that's what you are looking at, they don't really squish your tummy anyway |

| I bought a second hand maternity cossie from eBay and never thought twice about it - it's not like the woman's going to have been wearing it loads.
I would go for it, especially if it's the top your more interested in anyway. You will know from the condition whether the bottoms have been worn all day under jeans or just for a bit on a beach.
