Jamie just moved himself forward for the first time without any help. Am so proud although a little concerned this is the end of leaving him anywhere. He only managed to move himself a little bit before he got frustrated but I suspect now he knows how to do it then it won't be long until he moves himself around properly

hahaha that's awesome! i am still excited when i see elijah scampering across the floor, it seems like such a ginormous thing to learn enjoy your last few weeks/months of knowing where jamie is

I was crawling by that age apparently and so was my nephew. We also both spoke very early (mum said I could hold a proper conversation by 18 months). I was hoping if he was going to do anything early it would be that as it would make life a lot easier

I reckon he will be an early walker then! It makes it so much easier when they walk early! I always thought it would be harder, and in some senses it is cos they run off lol but in general a walker is much easier!
My sister walked at 9 months I think...crazy to think of little babies walking! Izzy was a lazy bum and didn't walk til almost 18 months!
