| Hiya ladies just after a lil advive for those of you which go the gym can you recommend the best type of trainers to wear (comfortable ) i am starting the gym Thursday and need too buy some new trainers but have no idea which ones too get Thanks Gem x |

| i would go and try loads on - if you have a sweatshop near you they will check your gait and advise you on the best trainers for you - but that's more for running. if you are using the treadmill a lot it's well worth getting it done though |

A sweatshop???? Is that not child labour? Id just go to any sports shop and try on loads till you find a pair that are comfy. I think most staff would have basic training into whats best for running, hockey, tennis etc x |

| Learn something new everyday. There are loads you have on the mainland that we dont have in Northern ireland. No sweatshop, no aldi, no morrisons, no home bargains, no costa.... we so hard done by here We have sports direct though! |

| Gem you can get some good running trainers online, I paid £35 for a pair of Nike ones a couple if weeks ago! You can wear any trainers you like no one will pay any attention I promise! It's more about comfort for you!

| There are different trainers for different activities. But like kell said running trainers should be fine. Amazon usually have some great bargains. |
