| to get dressed, get lo dressed, both of you fed, dishes and laundry on??? it seems to be taking me about 2 hours which is ridiculous, why does it take so long????????????? we have been up for ages today and we are still not dressed (we are both half dressed) and i know i will still end up leaving the house without any makeup on and probably unbrushed hair - then i will wonder where the day went.......where does it go? |

| Simple things are such hard work with a baby/toddler in tow arnt they! Some times i can get ready really quickly other times it takes me hours! I seem to have really lazy days though (today being one) we have been up since 8, not dressed yet, Taylas been eating her brekkie for umm about half an hour so im having a cuppa and catching up on here. Then usually (hopefully) i get a burst of energy and get ready and start housework lol! |

| lol i've been up about an hour, after being woken by russ being quiet and i'm dressed and the beds made thats it lol rich is still in bed... but on my own takes about an hour to do all those things, well apart from dressing lo, so with bubs i'd add an hour on that too |

| i had a sneaky shower while eli was trapped in his highchair eating (my) branflakes, he has taken a fancy to my belt now and is dragging it - along with my trousers- around the living room singing to himself. i sometimes find that if it takes too long to get dressed, it's snacktime then it isn't worth it, so i don't end up getting him dressed until nearer lunchtime to save on laundry |

| I'm off this week so there's no rush and it'll take us a couple of hours as I've nothing planned. But on my work days I get up at 7, shower, dry hair, do make up, get ellie up at about 7.45 if she isn't already up. Give her a bocky and get us dressed and be out with dishwasher on by 8.15. Ooh and in this time drag my lazy arse 14 year old of his bed (by his feet)and continuosly shout for him to get dressed. We don't do brekkie. Ellie has it when she gets to my mums, 14 year old lazy arse gets it t school and I have it at work.
So now we're sitting in our jarmies watching cbbees after driving lazy arse 14 year old to school in our jarmies!! |

| LOL it took 2 hours the other day, and I consider that VERY bad! She was wicked and wanted to play ages before breakfast, then was the devil to get dressed cos she thinks everything is a big game and doesn't know the rush!
Normally though I can get us both ready to go out in about an hour |

| On a work day I'm up at 10 to 7 and do bathroom, feed cats, make a brew then get Imogen for a bf by quarter past. Then Dom gets up, goes in bathroom (for aaaages) then makes toast for Imogen and I, which we eat while he gets dressed and loafs around for a bit. Then in theory he takes Imogen to get dressed while I get dressed and we all go out the door at 8/8.10 latest. What actually happens is that Dom loafs around too long, gets dressed when I do so I have to put my clothes on with him under my feet and trying to stop Imogen escaping or eating things she shouldn't or trapping her fingers in a drawer or getting all my socks out... Then I get Imogen ready while dom fannies around with something pointless and I go hurtling out the doormat 8.15/8.20 cursing about being late and have to run full pelt to the bus stop! |

| On a good day it's usually about an hour to get us all fed, dressed, washing on, dishwasher emptied etc. but on a bad day I have been known to still be in my pj's at half 11 after being up since half 7 (funnily enough Simon was here then too ). xx |

| On a normal day we just get up and mong about and do it at our own pace tbh. If we have plans and HAVE to be out then I've got it down to a fine art and could probably have me and both kids, dressed, fed and out in 1/2 hour. I always shower at night though so don't need to worry about that, my hair is always up so don't have to fart about with straighteners etc. If we are going out in the morning I will have clothes ready in piles with nappies, shoes, socks, hair brush/bobbles/clips etc all ready in advance. Kids sit and eat brekkie while I'm getting my face on, washer on, kitchen tidy etc and then they are dressed and out the door - done! |

| This morning i was up at 7.15.got washed, brushed teeth, got dressed and straightened my hair by quarter to 8.then i got alfie up,changed his nappy, got him dressed, went down stairs and gave him his bottle by 8.then i got his nursery bag ready, made my lunch and bunged some washing in and was out the door by quarter past 8. I think when u are at work u don't have any choice but to be up and ready. When i was on mat or at weekends alfie's sometimes still in dressing gown and slippers at 10 but and he doesn't have brekkie till bout 9am whereas when i'm at work he has his brekkie at nursery x |

| Lol, It takes Moo and me about 2hrs to get washed dressed and ready for an outing. Although we don't rush, get up at 8 have breakfast and chill till 9. then it takes about an hour for us both to get washed and dressed, bedrooms tided, bags/snacks/drinks etc ready, then out the door for 10 I only ever arrange anything for after 10am, as I hate rushing. But we are never late. My friend on the other hand is always late..she's late for everything. |
