| My mum and MIL share Aimee in the mornings when I work. My mum does 3 mornings a week and my MIL does 2. Anyway, I dont want to sound picky, but whenever she goes to my MIL's she never changes her nappy. I collected her at midday, and she had been in the same nappy since 7am and was soaked through to her trousers. My MIL even commented on a) how wet her trousers were and b) how heavy her nappy was, but didnt change it... and on top of that... SHE STANK OF WEE! When Aimee has a sore bottom (rarely) we do make a point of asking her to change it, but then she drifts back to not doing it again. So, what do I do? Tell my MIL to change it (which she prob still wont, which will then rile me), or grin and bear it for 2 months before I start my mat leave and then I wont have to worry about it again? x |

| I dont think she 'wont' do it as much as 'doesnt'. I really dont get it, tbh. I think she will be offended if I ask her to do it, and I would tell my OH to tell her, but he has no tact whatsoever and will cause upset. Her clothes are always covered in mud and dirt when I pick her up too. I actually went out and got her some cheaper clothes to send her there in now, as I am sick of throwing away all of her new outfits from Next. x |

| when you are work you dont want to have to worry, and part of looking after a child is changing them, and if i causes upset, it is'nt yor fault, it only takes a couple of secs to change a nappy, no excuse for your MIL not to x |

| or is she gullible enough to belive if you suggest a 10am nappy change as once you are on maternity leave you want to get aimee into a midmorning routine of nappy starting to be removed on your venture to start potty training ?

Im not sure that I will be going back to work after this next one is born. Well, probably not my old job. I will probably just continue working for my brother after my maternity leave so I can do it at home. If that is the case then on the rare occasions they have the kids, I will make a point of handing a nappy over and giving them a time to do it x |

| I would tell a bit of a big lie and say that her bum was really sore so you went to gp/hv and they have told you that she must have her nappy changed at least every 2 hours. Don't blame mil just say it's because she has a super sensitive bum or something. |
