I've been at my mums since Friday. I've not slept at all since getting there as we were put on a broken bed and the mattress was like concrete. i left early this morning got home at 12 and walked in to carnage !!!!

OH is still away until later this evening, but we left the cat at home with lots of clean litter plenty of food and water.

the cat had pissed and crapped all over the living room and i mean every where. he did not use the litter box at all.!!!!

he uses it normally.i've just spent the last 2 hours cleaning the crap and piss up trying to keep rowan away from it and get lunch on as we'd been in the car for nearly 2 hours.

i cried my eyes out when i saw the mess i'm so tired, i've kicked the cat out.

but my whole body is tense. i want to have a bath but cant until OH is back as rowan will want to get in with me.

is there anything else i can do? until he gets back

have you some nice candles hun that might chill you out a little bit?

can you mebbe put him down for a nap so you can have a bath?

Rowan fell asleep in the car which i really did not want him to do as i was planning on us having lunch as soon as we got home and us both going to bed. but it didnt happen.

i just hope OH gets home soon

I take it OH is probably home now, but I would have suggested just soaking your feet in a bowl of nice hot water (Rowan could do the same lol..am sure he'd love it too ) and having a nice chilled drink, with some chilled out tunes on

OMG I deffo would have cried too! I would probably have grabbed the cat by the scruff of it's neck and shoved its nose in some of that poo too. It's strange cos cats are usually very picky about where they will do their business. Having said that one of ours sometimes shits in the biscuits which utterly puzzles me. That carpet will need a proper aqua-vac job to get it clean. I bet it smelled awful with all this hot weather as well. You poor thing, I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight and have a better day tomorrow xx

thank god none of our flooring it down yet!!!!! It's going down next weekend so he just crapped and peed on bare floor.

OH went to let him in last night and told him for his own good put his food out side and leave him there until tomorrow.

I picked OH up from station at 7pm and we had dinner then put rowan to bed then i had a nice bath and went to bed.

got woken up at 5:30am though but rowan. i'll be having a nap when he does today

OH is still in bed! and prob will be for ages. though rowan is in there now jumping all over him
