My friend got some vouchers from her doctor to join SW for free. They gave her 12 week worth and she has to lose 10% of her body weight before they renew them. I was just wondering if anybody has done this before?? Im fed up of dieting and not sticking with it and know i need to join and actually go to the class to be able to get anywhere but im really skint atm and cant afford the £5 a week. Do u have to be a certain weight to be eligible for them? How do i go about it? My friend said i shud jst go to the docs and pretend to be depressed about my weight and they shud give them to me?? My BMI is 28.2 according to the wii which makes me overweight but not obese (i dunno whether that is good or bad!!)
