errrrm well iv seen them befor but never clicked on them tbh ohhhh ill go have a go now

They are quite useful!

Click/hover over View and they are in that list

POsts since last visit shows all posts made since you were last active/or signed in, and Your posts shows obviously your posts, but they are in order of the most recent reply!
