| can anyone recommend a nightlight - elijah becomes even more (is it possible?) unsettled as soon as it gets properly dark, so now i think a nightlight might help (hahaha umm any more straws for me to clutch at anyone?) the only things that are essential are...it isn't so bright it keeps me awake but it will help eli know where he is... it should be fairly cheap! it is preferably capable of running on batteries as the sockets are in rubbish places but i guess that isn't 100% essential |

| Izzy has a plug in one, it doesnt matter if the socket is in a rubbish place, so long a its not blocked.
Its an automatic one, so don't need to think about it

| there's cute ones on amazon that charge up during the day and then you can move them about at night (when he's bigger he can use it to go to the loo at night) I was looking to get one but if need be I can use the projector on Arwyn's mobile, or I use my phone to find her dummy in the night! |

It never charges up enough to last all night, and when used as a torch it really feeble, the night light was even more feeble! |

| We have these ones in a Disney Princess and Thomas the Tank Engine and they are fab.
Just enough to see in the dark, but not enough to keep them awake. Also the torch bit has come in really handy when Lottie got older and needed the toilet in the night as she is in the loft and she needs to go downstairs to the toilet xx |
