Dip truffle mix into melted chocolate without leaving finger marks?

I'm trying to make some for Ryan's school spring fair but they look awful! (taste nice)

They look all nice and smooth on the pic on the recipe!

The mixture is crushed Oreo mixed with Philodelphia so its quite soft, i'll try cosktail sticks on my next batch.

OMG they taste soooo good! Just got my first lot out of the fridge to try and the Orea has re set so its like soft chocolate with biscuit crunch! Nom Nom!

I find laying them on a fork then putting straight on to non stick baking paper works, you can also firm them up in the fridge a little so they're not quite so soft when you're dipping x
