On my work days, we have to leave the house at 7.30am to battle the traffic, get the girls to their different nurseries and get me to work for 9am (it's only a 12 mile journey!!)

Each morning their are rows and tantrums, over wearing socks, as they have to fit Lottie correctly on her toes, about vests, or that fact that her top wont pull down properly, or her shoes have looked at the her the wrong way. Dont get me started on the seatbelt not being at the correct angle.

Recently Abbie has decided to get in on this too . I can dress her and within a nano second she is stripped naked and hid her clothes. Seriously some days I feel like I could just get in the car and just leave them behind.

Anyway this morning, I woke the girls up (typical I have to wake them up on a Monday, but on a Sunday they are up at 6am!!), got them washed and dressed, gave them a snack (they have brekkie and nursery) and a drink, bushed their teeth, they got their shoes and coats on and I got them in the car.....all without a fuss, an argument or a tantrum!!!!! We even arrived at nursery 10 minutes early and had to wait in the car!!

Fingers crossed this happens again tomorrow eh?? LOL

Hope it continues for you. Chloe is the opposite in the fact that I'll get her dressed, then two minutes later she has another 3 layers of clothes on top of the clothes she's already wearing. Drives me mad!

mandy - I wonder if we could get Chloe and Abbie to meet and hopefully they could teach each other a thing or too!! LOL

Sounds like our house in the morning! Less stressful since i packed in work. You wouldn't think it would be so difficult to get two children ready, but by the time you concentrate on the next thing, something has gone wrong! Immy HAS to choose her own clothes. I used to try and put out her clothes for the next day. However, if she didn't like them she would hide them by the morning.
