Seriously I have more spots on my chuffing face than I did when I was 13!!!!!!!

Lol have u been stress, eating a lot of chocolate or due on. This all trigger spots on my face. I hate them too especially wen I get one right between the eyebrows lol. Put toothpaste on them suppose to help char

Well i am 35 and still got spots!I think it must be a hormone thing as i started getting them when i was about 30 too. I console myself that as my face is so greasy i wont get so many wrinkles eh?

I can sympathise, I never had spots as a teen yet im 31 now and get spots all the time.

I do too, Ive got those ones that look like tiny bumps on my forehead - its AF week so I am not surprised happens every month!

My mum was the same though, she never had spots in her teens..then when she hit her 30's she suffered. Like Kate said though, take relief in the fact that you will probably have less wrinkles lol. My mum's mid 50's now and she still looks good for her age Very Happy

oh yeah apparently toothpaste helps as char says, but don't forget to wash it off before you go out Wink

I know the feeling. Had great skin as a teen but get spots now. Toothpaste works really well. I've always used it as an emergency spot fighter

TBH i've always had the odd spot, but since having kids it's just gotten worse...damn those beautiful girls!!!!!

i seem to get them mostly when i've done a workout and sweat drips everywhere, seems to totally irritate my skin

I put a bit of vinegar on mine before bed or a bit of hubby's aftershave as the acid / alcohol dries them up. Stings for only about 10 mins but works. Xx

me too, I have just turned 30 and keep getting breakouts. I had none as a teenager. it sucks.
