I come up in a rash today all over my neck and chest, its burning and itching like mad! Taken some antihistamine but hasnt gone down yet any other tips what i could do to help it? Think i might of had a reaction to the perfume i used today (cheap one lol!)
Also had a head ache for about 9 days tho grrr!!

have you tried a cool bath? have you any witch hazel, calamine or aloe vera?

I havnt got anything to put on it should of got some at the chemist doh! Had a bath though but still feels awful? Tablets say take one a day, might just take another before bed though!
